This trip takes you on an advenure high up in the Thai mountains near Pai. Explore four of the most popular and most amazing attractions, from seas of fluffy clouds to natural hot water springs. If you are in the area and have one day to explore, then this covers it all.
- The Ban Jabo village is a tiny community on a mountain top in the Pang Mapha sub-district and home to an amazing viewpoint that looks over the mist and low lying clouds below. This natural phenomenon happens almost every day, and as part of this trip, you can enjoy a hot bowl of local Lahu noodles as you gaze out over the fluffy sea of white. Don’t forget to bring a camera and a warm jacket!
- In addition to this viewpoint, you will also be able to visit Doi Khiew Lom, a scenic spot that is worth the visit, located inside the Huay Nam Dang National Park.
- During this trip you will also visit the stunning bamboo bridge that traverses the paddy fields on the mountain side, known as the Bridge Loans Soi Boon defeats on Google – locally called the Boon Koh Ku Soh brige.
- The final stop of this trip is the Sai Ngam Hot Springs, found in Pai. Here the water reaches scolding temperatures, and visitors usually boil eggs (giving you onsen eggs which have fully cooked but runny whites and a solid yolk!) or take a moment to bathe in the warm waters where the cold river and the hot spring join. There are also private rooms you can hire to bathe in.
